I know that real players are very experienced and kill with one bullet, and I agree with you that it's not nice to play when you didn't even have time to aim, and you were already killed. Honestly, it's a cool thing, you can choose any difficulty level of the bots, complex, experienced or harmless. I most often choose experienced bots and practice killing normally.
