Hey folks, I need some advice. A mate of mine runs a small clothing brand and just found out someone is selling knock-offs of her designs on an overseas site. They’re even using her logo, which feels totally unfair after all the hard work she put in. She’s worried her customers will think the fakes are hers. Has anyone had experience dealing with counterfeits like this?

| | That’s tough, I’ve seen a few Kiwi brands get hit the same way. It’s not just about reporting the fake listing – you really need a system to stay on top of it. I’d recommend reading up on brand protection It talks about counterfeits specifically, plus how to protect your reputation when someone tries to profit from your identity. It’s practical stuff, and definitely worth sharing with your mate so she knows what tools are out there. | | | | Daniek2234 (Invitato)
