RuneScape programmer Jagex has this week announced the opening of the game's first Elite Dungeon that will supply the ultimate challenge for veteran (and brand new

The Temple of Aminishi is now available for many players of RuneScape and will see them moving alone, or with a friend, to take on dinosaurs, mini-bosses, along with a trio of all antagonists such as Seiryu that the Azure Serpent, the soul of water.
Interestingly, gamers of all levels can dive in too as lower-level players will be able to catch a ship from Port Sarim that will take them straight to the island, provided they have finished the"Impressing the Locals" novice pursuit.
This, and future Elite Dungeons, based on Jagex, offer"a higher degree of accessibility than traditional in-game dungeons, for example access for solo players for a larger challenge, and a story mode alternative that reduces enemy harm but reduces the chance of unlocking rewards"
"Elite Dungeons are a terrific way of delivering raid-like experiences without needing to collect together a large group of friends and clanmates," explained RuneScape Lead Designer Dave Osborne. "The launch of the Temple of Aminishi provides a fantastic way to experience the continuation of this Arc storyline we began in RuneScape a year or two back, using a compelling tale and challenging bosses to conquer. We're really excited to see what players think as they struggle their way to Seiryu's chamber and learn the secrets of this blue water serpent."
The Temple of Aminishi isn't the only
