The animated show, which also comes from League of Legends (LoL) publisher Riot games is set to premiere later this fall. Place in the utopian region of Piltover along with the oppressed underground of Zaun, the story follows the origins of two iconic League champions-and the power which will tear them apart.

Arcane, a first for the widely-popular League of Legends franchise, also marks a first for Riot Games since the studios' first foray into television. Through Riot Games' deal with Tencent, Arcane will also premiere on Tencent Video at China.
