So my Mercedes has been throwing up battery warnings for the last few days and I think the auxiliary battery that handles the start-stop system is finally giving up. I've been reading that Fiamm is one of the brands that actually supplies OEM batteries for European cars, so I'm pretty keen to go with them rather than some generic replacement that might not play nice with the electronics. The thing is, I work in Arjan and live nearby too, so I'm trying to find a service that can come to me rather than me having to mess around driving to a garage with a dodgy battery. I know FIAMM has a commercial presence here in Dubai, with an office in Jebel Ali Free Zone , so they're clearly established in the UAE market, but I'm not sure if they do direct fitting or if I need to go through a distributor. I've also seen that they supply original equipment to manufacturers like Mercedes and Ferrari , which gives me confidence in the quality. Has anyone used leading Fiamm battery delivery and fitting in Arjan or the surrounding areas? I'd love to hear about the experience, response times, and whether they actually do a proper diagnostic check on the alternator as well. I'm hoping to get this sorted before the weekend because the car is starting to feel a bit sluggish and I don't want to get stranded.
